Join the SampleStack beta
New features land in TestFlight before they reach the App Store. Joining the beta is the fastest way to try them and to shape where SampleStack goes next.
Requires the free TestFlight app and macOS 15 or later.
What's in the beta
The beta is where the next features get tested before they ship to the App Store. Recent work has already made it into the released app, including multisample support, which is now available to everyone in SampleStack 1.2. What's currently in testing changes over time, so the best place to see what's in the latest build (and what's coming) is the Discord.
The news page covers what's shipped, and the Discord is where beta builds and requests are discussed.
How to join
- Install Apple's free TestFlight app from the Mac App Store if you don't already have it.
- Open the invite link and accept the invitation.
- Install the SampleStack beta from TestFlight.
- TestFlight notifies you when a new beta build is ready, so you stay on the latest preview.
Giving feedback
Beta builds are where your feedback counts most. The best place to share it is the SampleStack and Signal Function Set Discord, where you can report bugs, request features, and see what other people are building. You can also send notes straight from TestFlight, or email hello@samplestack.app.
What to expect
Beta builds are pre-release, so expect the occasional rough edge or bug as features come together. SampleStack is non-destructive by design: it never modifies your original audio files, so trying a beta puts your samples at no risk. If something breaks, a note in the Discord usually gets it sorted quickly.
