Preparing samples for the MPC One / One+

The Akai MPC One is forgiving about organization and specific about rate. It plays WAV at 16 or 24-bit with 44.1 kHz as the project rate, from its internal drive or an SD card formatted as exFAT (up to 2 TB). The MPC browser navigates any folder structure, so you can arrange a library however suits you.

The internal drive is not visible as USB mass storage, so content moves on an SD card or USB drive. SampleStack converts a mixed library to the MPC's preferred format and organizes it into a browsable folder tree, so a large collection loads cleanly in standalone mode.
