Notes

SD card must be formatted by the module itself (hold LOAD + SAVE for 5 seconds)
Samples are saved from the module (sliced live) and loaded back
Ginko's web Sampleslicer app cuts one audio file into 16 equal slices and saves each slice as a pair of mono files, 1-L.wav/1-R.wav through 16-L.wav/16-R.wav

Preparing samples for the Sampleslicer MKIII

The Ginko Synthese Sampleslicer MKIII mostly manages its own card: it formats the microSD itself (hold LOAD and SAVE), slices audio live, and saves the results back. Ginko's web Sampleslicer app handles the other direction, cutting one file into sixteen equal slices saved as paired mono files, 1-L.wav and 1-R.wav through 16-L.wav and 16-R.wav.

Because the module formats and names its own banks, and some SD card brands are simply incompatible, the Sampleslicer is not a built-in SampleStack profile. You can still convert source audio to its 44.1 kHz 16-bit format with a custom profile before slicing, and it is worth checking Ginko's card compatibility list first.
