Preparing samples for the ONE

The Tiptop ONE plays mono WAV at 16 or 24-bit, and it is happiest at one of its native rates: 44.1, 48, 88.2, or 96 kHz. Files go in the root of a FAT32 SDHC card of 32 GB or smaller, with no subfolders, and a card holds up to 256 of them.

Two small requirements catch people out: files must be at least 1,024 samples long, and the card has to be FAT32 SDHC rather than exFAT or a larger SDXC card. An optional config.txt sets the boot mode. SampleStack converts to a native rate and mono, checks the minimum length, and writes everything to the card root ready to play.
